Main Goal

The goal is to create a new type of banking app for seasonal and low-skilled workers. With a simple client onboarding and payment card ordering clients receive digital banking in their smartphones. Allegro offers a wide range of discounted financial products and services, member benefits and access to unsecured consumer loans.

Problem

“Miguel receives checks for the work done. Miguel has to go to the bank and pay fees for check cashing as well as for transferring money to his relatives. Miguel wants to get a card for cashless payment, check cashing with lower fees and transfer money to his parents. Also it would be nice to have ability to get a basic consumer loan.”

Integration and results

The main difficulty from a technical perspective was a lot of integration with third-party systems. To save time and budget of the project, it was decided to use starter kits. Our CAVU mobile app starter kit and Financial Back-End Framework have been used as a basis for product development. As a result, we gained a significant amount of time for development what had a positive influence on the project budget.
